循環方案
鼓勵多元夥伴以「多層級再生利用」為基礎,聚焦第二類商業模式與跨域生態系,實現循環經濟的社會與商業價值,首案針對咖啡、茶及農漁畜牧等副產物建立完整回收與再生的產業流程。咖啡渣經一定的溫度處理之後,可製成活性碳及相關濾材;其他副產物則透過生物碳化與發酵轉化技術,生成肥料、飼料或生物基材料。我們自主研發回收前預處理與 IoT 監控系統,以確保製程能源效率與碳排可追溯,整體技術流程符合 UNEP「可持續消費與生產框架」,實踐從都市廢棄物到再生資源的循環管理。
Solutions
We encourage diverse partners to focus on 'Type 2 business models' and cross-sectoral ecosystems based on 'multi-level resource utilization,' thereby realizing the social and commercial value of the circular economy.
Our initial project establishes a complete industrial flow for the recovery and regeneration of by-products from coffee, tea, and the agro-fishery-livestock sectors.
Coffee grounds, after undergoing specific temperature treatment, can be processed into activated carbon and related filter media. Other by-products are transformed via bio-carbonization and fermentation technologies to generate fertilizers, animal feed, or bio-based materials.
We have developed proprietary pre-treatment (for recovery) and IoT monitoring systems to ensure process energy efficiency and carbon footprint traceability. This entire technological flow is compliant with the UNEP 'Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) Framework,' implementing the circular management of resources from urban waste to regenerated assets.

我們的環境效益建立於「設計為循環」與「資源再生化」的理念,此模式呼應 UNEP《2030 年可持續發展目標》(SDGs) 所提出的方針:「設計為循環、投資於固體廢棄物管理與回收」,不僅可支援減碳與減廢,亦提升資源使用效率。同時,我們參照 PACE(Platform for Accelerating the Circular Economy) 的循環策略,推動跨產業的再生鏈結與數據化管理。在台灣,我們的技術與設備流程完全符合 《資源回收再利用法》 及其修訂方向,確保從回收、處理到再生的每一步皆符合法規與永續標準。
Impact
Our environmental benefits are founded on the principles of 'Design for Circularity' and 'Resource Regeneration.' This model aligns with the guidelines set forth by the UNEP '2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals' (SDGs): 'Design for circularity, invest in solid waste management and recycling.' This not only supports carbon reduction and waste minimization but also enhances resource efficiency.
Concurrently, we reference the circular strategies of PACE (Platform for Accelerating the Circular Economy) to promote cross-industry regenerative linkages and data-driven management. In Taiwan, our technological and equipment processes fully comply with the 'Resource Recycling and Reuse Act' and its proposed revisions, ensuring that every step from collection and processing to regeneration meets regulatory and sustainability standards.
